About myself

Nikhil M. Anand
I graduated from Gnomon in 2006. I've always been interested in the art side of technicalities which is what lead me to being a Creature TD / FX Artist for both game & film. Currently in London at Framestore as Creature FX TD here for a VFX feature film after a year and a quarter in Sydney, Australia on Happy Feet 2 as a Rigging TD. I spent close to a year at Bangkok working at the Monk Studios where I primarily helped in building the cloth pipeline & various cloth simulations for the multitude of characters in the Animation feature. In 2009 I had the privilege to set up muscle rigs for human characters in Maya for use with Motion Builder(mo-cap), working on Cloth simulation setups(n-Cloth) for a plethora of costumes & creating hairstyles for the characters in an undisclosed Hi-def film project with Plastic Wax, Australia.
